Tamarind Pork Skewer, my most favorite BBQ skewers. It's my own experiment kind of skewers that has got most attention from my family and friend. Flavour and fragrant over around the house.
Preparation:
Step 1: Defrost overnight in the fridge
Step 2: Pan Heat on medium heat (4mins each side), or put on the BBQ grill
Best served with tamarind sauce (provided)

Pork, Garlic, Red Wine, Salt, Soy, Olive Oil, Palm Sugar
