Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policy:

- You can always change party date or cancel for a minimum of 5 days before the date without any charge.

- Less than 5 days will charge 10% charge to the total amount. 

- Less than 3 days will charge 20% charge to the total amount. (Note: Less than 3 days to the party date, we have already placed an order for our ingredients from our suppliers and our ingredients will come 1-2 days before the party date and all keep fresh in the fridge for making food on the day. This will cover all cost for our ingredients and labors). 

- sometime Covid could happen 1 or 2 days before the date. It is unexpected, in this case we recommend change the date instead of canceled so we don’t charge if you change the date.
