Chicken Satay is our family BBQ favorite. It’s just good as my family flavor and we love it. I can’t wait to let you try some.
Preparation:
Step 1: Defrost in the fridge
Step 2: Brush a bit of cooking oil and put on the grill or pan fried on a medium heat 4-5 minutes each side or until it's golden brown
Ingredients:
Chicken marinated: -Chicken - Lemongrass paste (lemongrass, garlic, galangal, turmeric, kaffil lime leaves) - salt - palm sugar - soy
Contains: Peanuts and peanut products, Soybeans and soybean products (eg Miso, soy milk etc), Tree nuts and tree nut products other than coconut from the fruit of the palm
