This is the Dumpling of my mother in law recipe for years. We made our own dough and rolled the pastry as the family, wrapped the dumplings, cooked as fresh and kept some in the freezer for later in the weeks. That's was so yummy.
Preparation: Cook from frozen
Step 1 - Oil the base of the dumplings
Step 2 - Steam 15-20 mins or pan fry (see below)
You can alternatively:
Pan fry from frozen with a bit of oil, add dumplings once oil is hot with a cup of water. Close the lid until all the water is dry and the dumplings have turned golden brown and crispy.

Dumplings: plain flour, pork, water, garlic chive, garlic, salt, sugar, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce
