These Prawn and Pork Wonton's are made from homemade pastry that I roll myself from scratch. When we were are back from swimming, I heat up the broth, cook the noodle, veggies and wontons and we had a lovely dinner with bowl of noodle wonton soup in the evening. Our kids and our parents love it. It's happy dinner in a very busy day.
Preparation (cook from frozen):
Step 1 - Boil water in a pot
Step 2 - Add frozen wontons with a cup of cold water
Step 3 - Add a cup of cold water
Step 4 - Remove wontons once water boils again
Best served with chili sauce (provided)
